Hello everybody, I am Donut Scribe. I came up with this swanky pseudonym, and by extension set up this blog, so I can share my erotic fiction with the world.
The whole project started when I noticed that a lot of erotic fiction that I came across was, let's say, not the highest quality prose on the block. That in and of itself did not bother me. Nobody writes great fiction when they start out. What DID bother me was that quite a few stories are written in such a flavor of bad that they insult the reader's intelligence. I know, it's porn, so it likely won't make you the next Hemingway in the eyes of the general reading public. It's essentially wank material in word form. But, as porn, it would be intended for adults. So why not write your porn so that the reader feels like you appreciate them as an intelligent adult?
That's what I aim to do with my stories. Create something that is fun for me to write, hopefully fun to read, and that treats the audience as mature, intelligent people. I know it's been done before, because I have read with my own eyes some pretty good stories on sites such as Literotica. And if you read something of mine and think "Eh, this could have been better!", please let me know. Feedback is most welcome.
